I took my laptop computer in because it was locked up. They went to work on it and now its working. I was very pleased with the time it took and the way I was informed what was wrong and the way it was repaired. I was treated very well and will take my computer work back to them.

The TechCare staff takes the word meltdown out of my technology vocabulary!
I can’t say that I will ever look forward to have a computer malfunction, but the staff at TechCare never makes any of my problems feel insignificant. They are honest and dependable and quite frankly one of the best values I have discovered in the technology service industry. Some times I am amazed at how quickly they have things up and running again.

They were able to do everything I asked them to do. Then they took the time to explain to me what they had done and how to navigate around the new software systems. The explanations and examples used were communicated in common language that I could understand. They had me do the work so I would remember how to do it when I got home. They told me to come back anytime I needed help — and I will. Their fees are reasonable.
